Polyurethane Foam Injection

The use of mixtures of polyurethane foam, epoxy injection resins and polyurea coatings is of great benefit at present, being non-destructive methods with great technical, economic and especially very fast advantages in its application compared to conventional methods.

The choice of the appropriate resin and the use of the correct application technique by our highly trained and experienced engineering staff undoubtedly lead us to the formation of an Art in Polymer Injection.

Why we use this concrete raising foam?

With polyurethane foam injections  we can solve problems of subsidence and / or collapse in the structures,  problems that are generated by the deterioration of soils (cavities and weakening of the soil) caused by bad compaction and / or erosion due to rain or leaks.

We can stabilize soils very effectively by saturating the soil with low density polymer, which is, the polymer mixes with the soil or the material of the subsoil and reacts with the water injected and / or present in it.

Concrete lifting foam for structures:

Frequently it is required to lift a concrete road, the slabs of a warehouse or more frequently to stabilize and raise a building due to defects of the ground or bad foundation during the construction; the objective can be achieved in two steps:

  1. The soil is stabilized for the purpose of filling the voids and compact the loose soil.
  2. Precisely lift the structure by injecting polymer between the stabilized floor and the concrete slabs, the lifting effect with precision is achieved by injecting a specific polymer controlling the speed of reaction and the amount of material.

Water leaks through cracks in concrete or masonry, can be sealed perfectly using polyurethane resins, the resins react with the water and expand to form barriers in or around the structure. In this application we use a mixture of two components of fast setting and high structural expansion, which is achieved by filling the voids and compact the loose soil, also raising the level of the structures due to its expansive pressure.
